H Luxury Hotel

Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, made us feel like we are at home. They sorted out an issue with our room straightaway by upgrading us to a larger room, and were also extremely accommodating by assisting us during our time in Petra - from bringing breakfast to the room as we couldn’t make it down, to restaurant recommendations and even checking up to see if we have reached our next location safely after departing! Ramzi & Momen thank you both so much for making this a great trip! Highly recommend, looking forward to staying here again when next in Petra!

Brand new hotel, only 3-5 minutes walk from Petra visitor centre, so perfect base for exploring Petra. Great design, attention to details , very comfortable room and bed, delicious welcome gift. Staff is very friendly. There is a small pool and jacuzzi area that is perfect for winding down after a long day. Breakfast buffet was very big and delicious with international/local foods. View from breakfast room is incredible.

This wonderful,elegant hotel is brand new. And spotlessly clean.The bedrooms are large and fashionably designed. The bed was divine.Quality sheets,bed linens and pillows.Towels were thick and plush. Bedrooms have a screened sliding door that opens to a deck with chairs and table-and lovely view of the hills. A photo of the hallways/corridors belongs on the cover of Architectural Digest. The large,modern bathrooms had strong water pressure (sometimes a problem in arid Jordan) and ample hot water. The hotel's restaurant was just becoming operational during my stay so I never ate there. It has a panoramic view of Petra's sand-colored hills. From the hotel it is a 5-minute walk to Petra's entrance. That was a major selling point for me. Wifi was consistently strong during my 5-night stay. The entire staff was professional ,polite and humble. "Khalid",who I think is the manager,was especially gracious ,helpful and good-humored through out my stay. The hotel is just getting off the ground(I think it opened the week or two before) but seems well-managed -and it looks promising. It compares favorably to other 5-star Jordan hotels where I stayed,including the Amman Landmark ,Dead Sea Marriot , and Movenpick Aqaba.Same general league.

The hotel is pretty much brand new. It’s very smart, stylish and very luxury. It’s ideally located for the entrance to Petra (about 500m walk) and has a small supermarket very near by. The room was very high standard and very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was very nice after a day of exploring. The breakfast was fantastic. We checked out a few other hotels near by and they were not anywhere near this standard. Highly recommended.

The location is about a 3-5 minute walk from Petra visitor centre. The hotel, including carpeting, etc is really clean and well kept. The range of food in the breakfast buffet was huge and the chef was present to explain what the dishes were. For dinner, the chef offered to cook anything extra since I am a vegetarian. The view from the room balcony was lovely, overlooking the city and the hills. The service at the hotel was excellent.
